These small number cards include the units, tens, hundreds, and thousands from 1 to 9000 displayed in an open box.
The purpose of this product is to demonstrate to the child the written symbols for 1, 10, 100, and 1000. The static bead material along with the number cards give a concrete representation of the decimal system 1 to 1000, which demonstrates place values and the concept that decimal categories cannot exceed 9.
