Are carbon emissions offset for delivery?
	By default, our packages are shipped via Canada Post - Expedited Parcel, which are now carbon-neutral. This does not apply to alternative shipping methods such as Xpresspost.
How much is shipping?
	Shipping is automatically calculated at checkout prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We may also be offering a free shipping discount for orders over a certain total. With the exception of very rural locations, Canada Post - Regular Parcel is not offered as an alternative to Expedited Parcel as our packages are automatically upgraded for no additional fee.
When will my order ship?
	Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. Also, after placing your order, you may go to "My Account > Order Status" to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
