Return & Exchange

Defective, missing, & incorrectly shipped items

If you receive damaged, defective, missing, or incorrectly shipped items, please email us at [email protected] within 30 days of the delivery date. If applicable, please include photos of the defective or incorrect items. We will arrange for replacements to be sent to you. We will cover shipping for the replacements, and if applicable, provide return shipping labels for incorrectly shipped items. Please be advised that prepaid return shipping labels must be used within 30 days.

Damage during shipping

If damage occurred during shipping (packaging torn or deformed, water damage, etc.), please retain all packaging, including the shipping label, and send us photos of the damaged item and the outer packaging with the shipping label attached. We will contact the carrier on our side and arrange for replacements to be sent to you. We will need to pass on your contact information to begin this process so that the carrier can reach out to you to confirm the damage details.

We cannot be responsible for any damage or losses caused by freight forwarding.

Returns

Should you no longer want an item you purchased, you may return it for a refund within 30 days of the delivery date. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer, and the original shipping fees will not be refunded. We cannot accept COD. If there is no initial fee due to a free shipping promotion, we reserve the right to deduct a portion of the refund in rare cases depending on the item - this will be communicated at the time of your return approval. Please email us at [email protected] before sending the returned items back to ensure you have the full return details and instructions.

Refunds may only be made to the original payment method or as store credit.

Items must be returned unused in their original condition and packaging. If they are returned used, damaged or with missing parts, the lost value may be deducted or you may receive store credit instead of a refund. Digital products are non-refundable.

You may also drop off the item at our warehouse. Please contact us to arrange a time if you would like to do this.

Exchanges

We generally only accept returns unless you are able to exchange at our warehouse location. The same conditions apply to exchanges as returns.

Return window

Please be advised that all sales become final 30 days after the delivery date and no returns or exchanges may be made.

Clearance items
All clearance items are final sale; there will be no returns or exchanges. If you need more information on the condition of a clearance item before purchase, please contact us.

Price changes
We are not able to offer refunds based on product prices that have changed after an order has been placed. The price at the time of sale is not affected by future pricing or sales within any time period.

Wrong address or returned to sender
We cannot be responsible for orders that have been shipped to an incorrectly provided address. Please ensure that your address is entered correctly at checkout. You will also receive an order confirmation email with your order details. Should the package be returned to sender, we reserve the right to deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund or to charge an additional shipping fee to reship it to the correct address.

Digital items
Digital products such as our printable PDFs cannot be refunded.

e-Transfer payments
For security reasons, and because e-Transfer payments cannot be reversed, we are unable to refund e-Transfer payments. This applies to both order cancellations and returns, etc. You will receive equivalent store credit instead.
