Return & Exchange

If you receive damaged, defective, missing, or incorrectly shipped items, please email us at within 30 days of the delivery date (if it is shipping damage, please contact the shipping company within 48 hours to report the damage, get a claim number from them. Then let us know the damage and claim number). Our customer service representative will arrange replacements for you. We will pay for the shipping of the replacement items.

Should you return an item you purchased, you may return it for a refund within 30 days of the delivery date. If items are returned because of customers' personal preferences, a 10% restocking fee will be applied. Return freight is the responsibility of the customer, and initial shipping charges will not be refunded (if there is no initial shipping charge because of free shipping promotion, certain shipping cost will be deducted from the refund). Please email us at before sending the return items back.

Please be advised that all sales become final 30 days after the delivery date and no returns or exchanges may be made.
